Beach Bash Doubles is a doubles volleyball tournament in Denver, Colorado that takes place each year early June. Sponsored by The Island and Volleyball of the Rockies, Beach Bash Doubles (BB2's) offers 13 different divisions of play. Sand Open Divisions (Men's/Women's) & Dinosaur will be played at the Island Beach Facility, while all other divisions are played on the grass with 2012 at Wash Park.
Beach Bash gets a little bigger and better each year. This year, Beach Bash will be recognizing the 14 year anniversary of The Island, and 24 years' of VOTR.
Finals: In the past the Open Division players have competed for an all expense paid trip to Karch Karaly's US Open of Beach Volleyball in CA this September as well as an VIP Entry to the Motherlode Classic in Aspen. 2011 Beach Bash Open Division Winners also won cash and an VIP Entry to the Motherlode Classic in Aspen. 2012 prizes are TBD.
