Men's and Womens Open
Prizes for Men's and Women's Open (sand) Divisions include Cash, In-Kind, or Both. Distributions for the Open Division are determined by entrant numbers. Prizes include:
1-12 teams: 1st Place = US Open Trip and $250, 2nd Place = $250, 3rd place = $100 per team.
13-17 teams: 1st Place = US Open Trip and $350, 2nd Place = $300, 3rd place = $150 per team,
5th Place = $50 per team.
18-23 teams: 1st Place = US Open Trip and $500, 2nd Place = $400, 3rd place = $200 per team,
5th Place = $100 per team, 7th Place = $50 per team.
23-32 teams: 1st Place = US Open Trip and $600, 2nd Place = $450, 3rd place = $220 per team,
5th Place = $150 per team, 7th Place = $50 per team, 9th Place = $25 per team.
US Open of Beach Volleyball
Winners of this years Men's and Women's open divisions will receive airfare, hotel and entry in the the 2008 US Open of Beach Volleyball in Santa Barbara, California, September 26-28, 2008. This tournament is an invitation only Open/AAA event (other divisions are open to the public). Teams are invited to the event by winning qualifying events around the country including Beach Bash Doubles.
All Other Divisions
Beach Bash Doubles Volleyball provides prizes for all divisions, based on the 3:2:1 prize standard for a minimum of 12 teams. (3 times value of entry fee for 1st, two times for second, and even money for third). Adjustments are sometimes made for unusually large divisions or divisions of less than 12 teams. Prizes typically distributed include:
$55 Wilson AVP Game Balls
$50 Hoodie Sweatshirts
$45 Long Sleeve Dry Fits
$35 Short Sleeve Dry Fits
$20 T Shirts
??? Backpacks, Various Styles
